Job Summary

Managing IT application services for Data Governance, Data Lakehouse, and MDM, the full-time Data Manager will oversee project initiation, planning, development, and production support, while ensuring data integrity and compliance in a hybrid work environment based in Sarasota, FL.

Key responsibilities

• Direct activities and projects related to data management, ensuring the Project Life Cycle is followed
• Monitor data integrity and compliance with policies and service level agreements
• Develop and maintain program documentation, including flow charts and test cases for applications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum of six years of relevant experience, including four years in a leadership role
• Expertise in Data Warehouse ELT data pipelines, SQL, and BI reporting
• Experience with Data Lake/Lakehouse and Databricks
• Strong knowledge of P&C insurance business and terminology
