Job Summary

Managing program data quality, the full-time remote Data Manager will oversee data collection, cleaning, validation, and delivery while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and collaborating with program team members.

Key responsibilities

• Ensuring accurate and complete data collection from patients, providers, and supporting staff
• Identifying and resolving data discrepancies to maintain data integrity
• Overseeing data flow from collection to analysis, including storage, retrieval, and reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 4-6 years of experience in a similar role with at least 2 years of client-facing experience
• Strong understanding of patient services data management processes, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Advanced SQL coding knowledge and experience with business intelligence tools
• Ability to design and implement complex database schemas and automate data cleaning processes
