Data Manager
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Data Manager will be responsible for the technical development, programming, validation, and quality assurance of electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs) across various observational and oncology studies.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage EDC setup, database commissioning, and eCRF architecture, including the creation of database schemas and structured eCRFs
- Oversee quality assurance and validation processes, including automated field validation and the generation of project-specific Data Management Plans
- Coordinate user administration, multi-stage database locking, and archiving of project databases, ensuring compliance with study protocols
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in medical information management or a related field
- Professional training as a medical documentarist or medical information manager is preferred
- Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems
- Knowledge of HTML, JAVA, and SQL is advantageous
- Fluency in German and English, with a strong interest in oncology
