Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders
• Lead and manage a team responsible for data operations and support
• Oversee the development and maintenance of data automations and system integrations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in data systems, integration management, or technical operations
• 2+ years in a leadership or management role
• Strong understanding of platforms and tools such as Qualtrics, Airtable, and Power Automate
• Experience with project management tools and service ticketing systems
