Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in data systems or technical operations
• 2+ years in a leadership or management role
• Strong understanding of platforms and tools such as Qualtrics and Google Looker
• Experience with project management tools and service ticketing systems
