Data Mapping Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Mapping Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Aligns and disseminates healthcare informatics data in a uniform manner
• Assists in the data acquisition process and performs mapping of data systems into the proprietary Canonical Data Model (CDM)
• Collaborates with data engineers and business analytics teams to ensure data quality and integrity throughout the engineering lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Programming/Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3-7 years of experience in data/information management technologies such as SQL, RDBMS, Data Lake/Hadoop, MDM, Metadata, and Data Quality
• Increased skill in multiple technical environments and knowledge of specific business areas
• Experience in developing and maintaining integrated logical and physical data models
• Ability to analyze data inaccuracies and recommend process improvements or system changes
