Data Migration Analyst

Job Summary

To support the successful migration of insurance data from legacy systems to the Applied EPIC platform, the full-time remote Data Migration Analyst will ensure data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with third-party vendors to extract data from multiple source systems
• Analyze legacy systems to understand data structures and translate data into target system formats
• Validate migrated data for accuracy and completeness, providing post-migration support as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in data migration or data analysis within the insurance industry
• Knowledge of insurance data domains, ACORD forms, and insurance data standards
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders
