Data Migration Analyst

Job Summary

To support data migration efforts, the remote Data Migration Analyst will manage migration testing, data quality validation, and deployment readiness in a 9-month contract position.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinates migration activities across Extract, Transform, Load, Testing, Deployment, and Hypercare with a focus on data quality
• Plans and executes migration testing cycles, including dry runs, mock loads, and production validation
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to validate data rules and manage defect triage and resolution

Required qualifications

• 6 - 7 years of data migration experience, particularly with Salesforce
• Strong expertise in data quality, data mapping, and ETL processes
• Hands-on experience leading data migration projects across the full lifecycle
• Ability to independently drive execution and deliver project outcomes
• Experience with Informatica and Salesforce integrations
