Data Migration Analyst
Job Summary
To support customer onboarding, the fully remote Data Migration Analyst will communicate with clients to review CRM data, analyze data sets for migration, and organize onboarding meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Meet with new customers to gather requirements for a successful CRM transfer
- Prepare data for import using Microsoft Excel and other database tools
- Upload and monitor the progress of customer imports
Required qualifications
- Desire to work directly with customers
- Ability to manage multiple projects and schedules
- Expertise with spreadsheet tools like Microsoft Excel
