Data Migration Consultant

Job Summary

Managing the data migration process for new CRM customers, the contract Data Migration Consultant will ensure data integrity and accuracy while working remotely, performing data analysis, validation, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a full portfolio of new CRM clients, acting as their data point of contact throughout implementation
• Conduct data imports by preparing complex data import rules for software engineers and perform data validation checks
• Document the migration process, communicate with stakeholders, and manage projects efficiently using internal systems

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on data migration experience, including data translation and import processes
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheet skills, including knowledge of common functions
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• A history of delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop solutions
