Data Migration Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Migrations Coordinator to manage client data migration processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the onboarding of new clients by managing data migration from start to finish
• Conduct routine data reviews and maintain proactive engagement with client stakeholders
• Provide customer insights to internal teams to improve onboarding processes and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new software
• Experience in the legal or consulting industry is a plus
• Proven time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with Linux Command Line is a plus
