Data Migration Engineer

Job Summary

To support a global Data Services team, the full-time Data Migration Engineer will manage the migration of customer data from legacy systems to SaaS products, ensuring data quality and business continuity while collaborating with various internal teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end data conversion and migration efforts, utilizing SQL-based tooling for data deliveries
• Perform data extractions, transformations, and quality services to meet diverse customer requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure successful migration outcomes while adapting to changing project plans

Required qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge of database structures and SQL, with experience in data migration or integration scenarios
• Solid understanding of ETL concepts, data mapping, and data quality best practices
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• Ability to manage multiple project timelines while maintaining a detail-oriented and customer-focused approach
• Experience working in a collaborative, global team environment
