Leading data migrations for clients, the full-time remote Data Migration Implementation Manager will ensure a seamless transition from previous software by managing import tickets, cleaning and validating customer data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Process an average of 40+ import tickets daily while ensuring quality assurance on every ticket
- Clean, reformat, and validate customer data, including client records and marketing lists
- Monitor automated jobs and coordinate with various teams to align imports with customer needs
Required qualifications
- Experience with data migration between software platforms, preferably in an onboarding or implementation role
- Proficient in cleaning and organizing complex spreadsheets with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to documentation and knowledge sharing
- Ability to manage multiple tasks against defined deadlines in a remote work environment
- Familiarity with HIPAA requirements for handling sensitive data
