Data Migration Lead

Job Summary

Data Migration Lead, responsible for the end-to-end strategy and execution of data migration into SAP S/4HANA in a full-time, remote, 12-month contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the S/4 data migration strategy, roadmap, and execution plan
• Lead MDG design/configuration changes for core domains and orchestrate cutover activities
• Manage the full migration lifecycle for master and transactional objects, ensuring data quality and governance

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading SAP ERP data migrations, including 2+ full cycle S/4HANA implementations
• Hands-on expertise with S/4HANA data models and SAP MDG
• Deep knowledge of SAP master data and cross-module dependencies
• Strong command of ETL methodologies and proven leadership in global teams
• Experience in large-scale enterprise transformations with multi-wave cutovers
