Key Responsibilities:

Process migration requests for providers moving from competitor booking platforms to Booksy
Collaborate with Customer Service and Success teams to understand provider needs and concerns
Monitor, track, and prioritize workflow based on process statuses and estimated deadlines

Required Qualifications:

Background in IT or computer science preferred
Experience working with Excel, Salesforce
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Willingness to work in flexible hours (US time zone)
Fluent spoken and written English (B2+ or higher)
