Data Migration Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Migration Specialist with a strong background in DME/HME workflows and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full-cycle data migrations from legacy DME or HME systems into the platform
• Map, extract, cleanse, and transform data including patients, inventory, claims, orders, and payers
• Collaborate with implementation consultants and product teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Required Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in SaaS data migration, data operations, or ETL
• Hands-on experience with DME systems such as Brightree, Fastrack, CPR+, Kareo, or similar
• Proficiency in Excel
• Deep understanding of DME data types including HCPCS codes, inventory, patient demographics, CMNs, insurance, and billing workflows
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
