Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Migration and Onboarding Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Support new and existing customers with onboarding of IP data
Perform data mapping and manage complex datasets
Migrate customer data into the preferred format and maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications

4+ years' experience in a data/implementation-focused role involving SaaS solutions
2+ years' experience working from home
High proficiency in Excel, including sorting/filtering and Vlookups
Experience with customer success management tools
Intellectual property experience is desired but not required
