Data Mining Analyst

Job Summary

Leading small data projects, the full-time remote Data Mining Analyst will extract insights from complex datasets, create comprehensive reports and visualizations, and train new analysts to enhance technical skills within a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Examine, interpret, and visualize trends in medical data to generate actionable insights
• Execute, maintain, and monitor SQL queries to meet business objectives
• Create and maintain detailed reports combining narrative and visual elements for diverse audiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field
• Minimum of five years' expert experience with Microsoft SQL
• Experience with medical and pharmacy claims strongly preferred
• Advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• SQL experience in a Big Data environment
