Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Modeler to support large information technology projects in the utility sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain CIM-based logical and physical data models aligned to IEC standards
Create and manage CIM Profiles tailored to utility use cases and ensure semantic consistency across systems
Support data governance activities and assist with data-quality rule definition and semantic validation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of hands-on experience with IEC CIM (61970, 61968, and/or 62325)
Strong understanding of electric utility operations and experience with logical and physical data modeling techniques
Familiarity with UML, relational modeling, and semantic modeling concepts
Experience supporting utility data lakes or analytics platforms (AWS, Databricks)
