Data Modeler

Job Summary

Serving as a senior individual contributor, the full-time remote Data Modeler (CEMI) will design, develop, and maintain enterprise data models and analytics solutions to support institutional reporting and decision-making while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data quality and usability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of dimensional data models, data warehouses, and data marts based on complex business requirements
• Analyze source data structures and business processes to build fact and dimension tables in a database
• Guide data design standards and mentor peers to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and performance expectations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field with 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Expertise in dimensional data modeling, data warehousing, and SQL development
• Experience translating business requirements into technical data solutions and models
• Strong understanding of data structures, relationships, and database design principles
• Ability to lead design sessions and guide technical solutions in complex, multi-system environments
