Data Operations Advisor

Job Summary

Providing executive-level support in a part-time remote capacity, the Data Strategic and Operational Advisor will manage strategic coordination, operational execution, and project management while ensuring alignment across cross-functional initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Synthesize information from the Data and Technology organization and present high-level summaries to executives
• Drive execution of the WCT Data Strategy and support planning for various data integration initiatives
• Coordinate program management activities, ensuring alignment of priorities and tracking project health metrics

Required qualifications

• Experience in program and project management within a data or technology environment
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information and present it to executive stakeholders
• Familiarity with data strategy execution and integration initiatives
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on operational coordination
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and manage dependencies
