Data Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data & Ops Analyst to transform data usage across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering to ensure key data pipelines flow into Mixpanel and reporting tools consistently
• Maintain and improve event tracking infrastructure for ease of use and understanding
• Run exploratory and retrospective analyses for various teams and build dashboards for self-serve insights

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years in a data analyst, analytics engineer, or product analytics role at a SaaS or high-growth tech company
• Strong SQL skills and comfort navigating data across systems
• Familiarity with product analytics tools, data warehouses, and BI tools
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
• Experience with event instrumentation or light data engineering tasks is a bonus
