Data Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Operations Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the ARI support board, ensuring tasks are triaged and assigned within SLAs
• Maintain dashboards tracking performance and create documentation for ARI SOPs and workflows
• Collaborate with internal sales teams and execute ad-hoc ticketing requests related to data analysis

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Business Analysis, data analytics, or related fields
• Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems or Online Travel Agencies is a plus
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Sheets/Excel, and Looker for reporting and data analysis
• Experience with SQL, Snowflake, and Postman for data extraction and analysis is preferred
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
