Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Own GP Relationships: Process a high volume of incoming files and build relationships with GPs and LPs for seamless data integration
• Master the Ecosystem: Develop deep knowledge of investor portals and their reporting processes
• Drive Automation: Collaborate with technology and product teams to propose automation ideas and improve operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience in fund operations, tech, or data entry is a plus
• 0-2 years of relevant experience; prior exposure to financial services or high-volume administrative work is preferred
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others
• Tech-savvy and adaptable, comfortable with multiple systems and platforms
• Strong desire to learn about the alternative investment space through document reporting
