Data Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Owning lead and account data quality for Hotels, the full-time temporary Data Operations Analyst will ensure accurate, deduplicated, and enriched prospect data flows into sales pipelines while managing CRM data integrity and addressing escalations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and deduplication of leads and accounts entering the sales pipeline
• Set and refine lead qualification standards and manage routing to the appropriate sales representatives
• Maintain the integrity of Hotels data in CRM by cleaning up duplicates and broken records

Required qualifications

• 5-6+ years of experience in data operations or GTM engineering, preferably in a B2B or marketplace environment
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM, including data cleanup and account structuring
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write queries for data validation and analysis
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data management tasks
• Experience with AI tools for enhancing data processes is a plus
