Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer data within the Hotels segment, the full-time Data Operations Analyst will manage data quality from source to sales pipeline, implementing processes for deduplication, enrichment, and lead qualification while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy and deduplication of incoming prospect data
- Define and manage lead qualification standards and SLAs
- Maintain the health and structure of CRM account data
Required Qualifications
- 5-6 years of experience in data operations or Go-To-Market engineering
- Advanced skills in Salesforce and SQL
- Experience in a B2B or marketplace environment
- Strong data quality instincts
- Hands-on CRM experience
