Data Operations Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the integrity of fundraising data, the full-time remote Data Operations Associate will manage data synchronization processes, develop reporting, and oversee third-party integrations essential for revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute data syncs and ETL processes between the primary CRM and various third-party revenue channels to ensure data accuracy
• Develop, maintain, and execute reports to support finance, development, and marketing teams for reconciliation and campaign analysis
• Provide first-line technical troubleshooting for data integrity issues and system errors across donor systems

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in administration and data management of a major CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce NPSP, Raiser's Edge, Dynamics)
• Experience with data querying languages or tools (e.g., SQL, SOQL, advanced Excel/Google Sheets functions)
• Familiarity with data integration or ETL tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Zapier, Informatica)
• Demonstrated planning and problem-solving skills, including multitasking under tight timelines
• Fluency in spoken and written English
