Data Operations Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the full lifecycle of partner data, the full-time remote Data Operations Engineer will manage data ingestion, transformation, validation, and reconciliation while ensuring high-quality data exchange across the partner ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Guide data architecture decisions incorporating AI-augmented capabilities for partner integrations
• Drive improvements in data pipelines to enhance reliability and reduce operational overhead
• Evaluate and resolve data discrepancies and challenges to deliver resilient solutions

Required qualifications

• Strong experience in designing and operating data pipelines with defined SLAs
• Expert SQL skills with the ability to handle large, complex datasets
• Hands-on experience with modern data tooling such as Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow
• Proven track record of building monitoring and reconciliation processes for external commitments
• Ability to quickly adapt to new partner ecosystems and data formats
