Data Operations Lead

Job Summary

To support the expansion of mental health services on a digital platform, the part-time freelance Services Data Lead will oversee the evolution of the services data schema and curation pipeline while collaborating with product, engineering, and service partners in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Steward and evolve the services data schema and taxonomy to enhance data sourcing and maintenance
• Own and iterate the curation pipeline, focusing on sourcing, screening, and tagging processes
• Direct a small team of data specialists, establishing quality standards and writing standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Required qualifications

• Working understanding of healthcare services data, particularly in mental health
• Strong data-schema and data-modeling judgment, with fluency in Postgres/SQL
• Experience in running data operations with a human-in-the-loop or annotation component
• Proven ability to own KPIs for data accuracy and freshness
• Comfortable collaborating across product, engineering, and external partners
