Data Operations Leader

Job Summary

Leading the optimization of enterprise data operations, the part-time REMOTE Data Operations Leader will manage the end-to-end data pipeline, develop scalable frameworks, and ensure data quality and governance across multiple healthcare studies and data sources.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the data pipeline from onboarding through to regulatory reporting and analysis-ready datasets
• Develop scalable data operations frameworks and establish standardized data transfer and workflow processes
• Build and lead a high-performing Data Operations organization while driving continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare data operations, data engineering, or regulated data platforms
• Proven success in building scalable systems within healthcare ecosystems
• Strong understanding of data governance, quality management, and operational excellence
• Experience with automation, workflow optimization, and AI-enabled operational workflows
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, APIs, and cloud-based data platforms is preferred
