Data Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of data systems and reporting for fundraising efforts
• Evaluate and enhance data workflows, ensuring data quality and automation of repetitive tasks
• Document data processes and provide training on data tools to staff

Required Qualifications

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in data management and business analysis
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses
• Experience with SQL and/or Python, and Tableau or equivalent software
• Proficiency with Excel and strong analytical skills
