Data Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Operations Manager, Asset Data.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily execution of the asset data team and maintain quality standards
• Design extraction rules for complex asset-level documents and codify financial concepts
• Analyze proprietary documents to establish ground truth for extraction models and improve model accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Deep experience in private markets asset data with exposure to asset-level reporting
• Fluency across multiple asset classes, including PE/VC, real assets, and private credit
• Experience in leading or mentoring a team while maintaining high standards
• Strong understanding of data structures and ability to define extraction rules
• Comfortable in a startup environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving
