Data Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Data Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and inquiries related to RxClaims data
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of PBM related processes and data interchange
• Lead and develop the Data Analysts team while ensuring quality standards and project completion

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data operations, preferably in healthcare and/or insurance
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience demonstrating leadership competencies
• Experience with SQL and Microsoft Power BI
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired
