Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Operations Specialist (Data Migration).

Key Responsibilities

Analyze data sources and quality, identifying issues and developing migration action plans
Resolve data migration issues and provide technical support throughout the process
Communicate trends and opportunities to product/engineering teams for improvements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred
2-4 years of experience in customer success, implementation, engineering, or data implementation
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel or Google Sheets
Experience with QuickBooks preferred
Experience with SQL and conversational AI platforms is a plus
