Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Operations Specialist, responsible for managing data workflows and ensuring data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute tasks via the Data Services ticketing system, ensuring SLA adherence and process compliance
• Set up and manage file automation using GoAnywhere for seamless data transfer
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data needs and troubleshoot data issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in data operations, data engineering, or similar roles
• Experience developing data solutions and hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with GoAnywhere Managed File Transfer (MFT) platform
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell
