Data Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the integrity and operational use of organizational data, the full-time remote Data Operations Specialist will coordinate with data owners, maintain data pipelines, ensure data quality, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize data workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, validate, and reconcile data across enterprise systems and perform routine data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Monitor and support data pipelines and integrations, troubleshooting data issues and recommending corrective actions
• Collaborate with teams to prepare clean, validated datasets for reporting and analytics, ensuring proper access and security

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field; or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years of experience in data operations, data management, systems administration, or analytics support
• Proficiency with data tools such as advanced Excel and SQL
• Experience working with enterprise systems and strong understanding of data structures and relational databases
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
