Job Summary
Owning the data operations for complex litigation cases, the full-time remote Data Operations Specialist will manage ingestion, processing, and production workflows while ensuring data integrity and quality control throughout the litigation lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Manage ingestion, processing, and production workflows across active cases, validating outputs before client delivery
- Apply systematic quality control standards to all data outputs, documenting findings and resolving issues proactively
- Diagnose and resolve complex data issues, including collection anomalies, processing failures, and metadata errors
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in eDiscovery, litigation support, or a data-focused legal role
- Hands-on experience with the EDRM lifecycle from collection through production on complex commercial cases
- Proficiency with at least one major eDiscovery platform, preferably Relativity RCA or equivalent
- Strong understanding of metadata, data structures, and file formats
- Experience collaborating with engineering or product teams is a plus
