Data Partnerships Manager

Job Summary

Identifying, engaging, and closing partnerships with companies that possess valuable operational data, the full-time Associate Data Partnerships Manager will work remotely to build relationships, conduct discovery calls, and negotiate commercial terms for AI training and evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage companies with operational data across various industries
• Build relationships with founders, executives, and operational leaders while leading discussions on privacy and compliance
• Design partnership structures and manage a pipeline of high-quality partnership opportunities

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or a similar customer-facing role
• Proven success in sourcing, negotiating, and closing B2B partnerships or complex commercial deals
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers
• Experience with outbound prospecting and pipeline development
• Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or HubSpot
