Data Pipeline Technical Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Pipeline Technical Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design discussions and conduct design reviews for data pipeline solutions
• Guide data target analysis, support data mapping initiatives, and provide technical direction for end-to-end data pipeline solutions
• Manage a diverse engineering team, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and mentor team leads and senior engineers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field
• 10+ years of technical experience in data engineering or software development, including 5+ years in leadership roles
• Expert-level Python development experience focused on data pipeline applications
• Proficiency in Confluent Kafka, Kubernetes/AWS EKS, and infrastructure automation
• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance
