Data Platform and Analytics Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Data Platform & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the data and analytics strategy, roadmap, and execution across the organization
• Scale and mentor a high-performing team spanning data engineering, analytics, and platform
• Architect and evolve a scalable data platform encompassing pipelines, warehouse infrastructure, and self-serve capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of data experience, including 2+ years leading teams in data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence
• Hands-on experience with BigQuery and GCP as core data warehouse and cloud platform
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with the ability to write and review code
• Experience with modern data stack tools including dbt and Dagster
• Familiarity with Tableau and product/web analytics platforms such as Heap and Pendo
