Data Platform and Analytics VP

Job Summary

Leading the data platform and analytics strategy, the full-time remote VP, Data Platform and Analytics will manage the end-to-end strategy and delivery of data platforms, ensuring performance, scalability, and security while collaborating with various departments to drive data-informed decisions.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the vision and technical strategy for data engineering, defining data ingestion, modeling, and delivery across the organization
• Lead and develop a team of Data Engineers and Data Analysts, overseeing the data platform and engineering roadmap
• Establish governance and architecture to ensure the reliability and quality of data ingestion pipelines

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years managing teams in analytics, data science, data engineering, or quantitative fields
• 8+ years working with SQL Server Integration Services or ETL tools
• Strong leadership skills with effective delegation and decision-making abilities
• Ability to translate business concepts into technical architecture
