Job Summary

Data Platform Architect, seeking a full-time remote professional with 8+ years of experience to define and lead the architecture of an enterprise data platform, focusing on ingestion, storage, processing, governance, and consumption layers.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the target-state architecture of the enterprise data platform
• Establish standards for data modeling and data lifecycle management
• Design end-to-end data pipelines and lead integration of governance tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Eight or more years of experience in data engineering, with significant time in architecture roles
• Deep expertise in at least two major data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks
• Hands-on experience with Spark, Flink, or Kafka at production scale
• Strong data modeling expertise across various patterns
