Data Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Platform Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-based data platform infrastructure with a focus on scalability, security, and cost-efficiency
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate data engineering workflows and infrastructure provisioning
• Implement observability solutions for monitoring, logging, and metrics to ensure platform reliability and performance visibility

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, or DataOps roles
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable data platforms and infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with modern data engineering tools such as dbt, Apache Airflow, or Apache Kafka
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and cloud architecture on AWS or GCP
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized workloads for orchestrating data platform services
