Data Platform Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a highly motivated DevOps team, the full-time remote Data Platform Engineer will focus on automating data infrastructure, scaling analytics platforms, and ensuring system security and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Automate and manage data infrastructure using Terraform and Azure services
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for database schemas and Data Factory pipelines
• Monitor platform health and optimize performance in collaboration with Data & Analytics teams

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as Data Support, DevOps, or DBA
• Strong understanding of relational databases (RDBMS) and SQL
• Experience with Azure data services (Azure SQL, Postgres, Azure Data Factory)
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Spark or Databricks environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or equivalent experience
