Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Data Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of data platform engineers
• Define and execute the data platform strategy and roadmap
• Ensure the design and operation of reliable data services and pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing performance
• Strong background in building distributed systems and data-intensive platforms
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS
• Strong knowledge of streaming and/or event-driven architectures
