Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Platform Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on building real-time streaming infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of senior data platform engineers
• Own the architecture and roadmap for high-volume low-frequency data systems
• Drive adoption of AI automation and intelligent workflows across the data stack

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in data engineering, platform engineering, or distributed systems with at least 3 years managing engineering teams
• Experience building data-lakes in AWS, including data modeling and quality best practices
• Strong expertise in real-time data systems such as Kafka and Spark Streaming
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, or Java in a production data platform context
• Track record of managing and developing high-performing remote engineering teams
