Data Platform Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data & Intelligence Platform Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy for end-to-end data lifecycle management across all business functions
• Lead the integration of disparate data sources to create a comprehensive view of user debt history
• Enhance the existing data infrastructure into a governed, high-performance business intelligence layer

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Platform Architecture, preferably in Fintech or regulated environments
• Proven track record of transitioning organizations to a structured data platform approach
• Deep experience with AI/ML data orchestration, including feature stores and vector databases
• Expert knowledge of Snowflake, Python, dbt, and Airflow
• Commitment to ethical data practices and using data for social good
