Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data & Intelligence Platform Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy for end-to-end data lifecycle management across all business functions
• Lead the integration of disparate data sources to create comprehensive user profiles
• Develop and maintain a governed, high-performance data lake infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Platform Architecture, preferably in Fintech
• Proven experience transitioning organizations to a structured Data Platform mindset
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML, including LLM orchestration and feature stores
• Expertise in Snowflake, Python, dbt, and Airflow
• Commitment to ethical data practices and financial justice
