Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Platform Manager to oversee the development and performance of application engineering teams focused on data engineering productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and support full-stack engineering teams to enhance data engineering productivity
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to senior engineers working with various technologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align development priorities with data architecture and operational tooling

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures, particularly with Kafka and microservices
• Hands-on experience with databases such as MongoDB and SQL Server
• Proven ability to lead agile teams in a fast-paced environment
