Data Platform Migration Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Platform Migration Lead to drive the modernization of customer data ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the migration plan from Informatica Cloud to a modern solution, including reverse-engineering mappings and redesigning ingestion patterns
• Architect and govern the implementation of Data Vault 2.0, ensuring adherence to modeling standards and principles
• Oversee the rebuild of dimensional models and manage vendor evaluations and tool selection aligned with strategic goals

Required Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of Data Vault 2.0 with hands-on experience in hub/link/satellite modeling
• Strong background in Snowflake engineering and architecture
• Proven experience in modernizing ETL ELT pipelines and reverse-engineering Informatica Cloud mappings
• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, engineering, or enterprise data platforms
• Experience with BI migrations, particularly from MicroStrategy to Tableau or Power BI
